Across the states, WalletHub asked, what's the most pet-friendly city? The personal finance website released a study Tuesday that answers just that.

They found out where pets get the best quality of life, without overspending, by comparing the creature-friendliness of the 100 largest cities across 24 key metrics. Data ranges from minimum pet-care provider rate to walkability.

The number one city: Scottsdale, Arizona.
