The championship game was one for the ages with KRU Baseball 10's and Long Beach staging a back and forth slug-fest with KRU scoring two runs in the bottom of the sixth to capture the title with a 9-8 win. 
Long beach appeared to take a commanding four run lead in the top of the fifth inning 6-2, but KRU answered right back in the bottom of the inning with five runs to take a 7-6 lead. In the sixth and final inning Long Beach answered with two runs to retake an 8-7 lead. KRO however had plans of their own and captured the championship with a Reysen Benigno single tht plated the tying and winning runs.
