Ka Makana Ali‘i Football Camp featuring Pro Football Hall of Fame Wide Receiver Jerry Rice is a one-day interactive program, offering youth ages 7 through 14 the opportunity to learn football fundamentals and sportsmanship.
This second annual camp not only teaches strategies of the game of football, it also focuses on life lessons through sports. The 2017 camp included former University of Hawaii coach June Jones, Kamehameha graduate Billy Pieper, Kapolei High School head football coach Darren Hernandez and former UH players Jeremiah Cockerhan and Kealoha Pilares.

NFL Films named Jerry Rice the greatest football player in history, and now student athletes have the opportunity to learn directly from him and an expert team of coaches in a high energy, positive environment. With a focus on skill development, all activities have been designed so that each student can participate regardless of current skill sets, position or playing experience.
