KAKAAKO, Hawaii - The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) launched reserved housing sales for eligible Hawai‘i residents at Aalii, a mixed-use condominium development in Ward Village®, its 60-acre master planned community in Honolulu. One hundred and fifty homes will be sold below market price to qualified local residents under the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA)’s Reserved Housing Program. 

Aalii has studios, and one and two bedroom homes. Along with the Ke Kilohana Tower, scheduled to open 2019, Ward Village will bring 525 affordable homes to the local community.

Applications available at the Aalii Sales Gallery - 1240 Ala Moana Boulevard through June 17 during gallery hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily or online at www2.wardvillage.com/aaliireserved.

Key Dates

June 9-17: Application packets available in-person and online.

June 9-21: Packet completion requires eligibility from an approved lender, schedule an appointment early.

June 22-27: Completed applications accepted at the ‘Aalii Sales Gallery. Applications must be submitted in person.  The final deadline to submit applications is June 27 at 11:59 p.m. HST.

June 29: Lottery held to determine selection order.

June 30: Home selections begin.
