Hawai'i will open competition on Friday, May 4 against the No. 6 seed South Caroina (24-7) at 7 a.m. HT.  The teams met earlier this year with UH defeating South Carolina on the road in Columbia, 3-2, on March 24 during the Gamecock Challenge.
