What’s considered to be HIFF’s “mini-festival,” the Spring Showcase brings in films from all over the world.

With 33 films from 12 different countries, Anna Page, HIFF’s Director of Programming, says the the festival brings in what the community would never be able to see.

Page said films shown in the festival have gone on to have great success in the festival circuit.

“It’s a big platform for Hawaii filmmakers to showcase their films on a global stage,” said Page.

The Spring Showcase continues through Sunday, April 15th at the Regional Dole Cannery Theaters in Honolulu.
