Hey Yelpers! It's Emi Hart with your Local Yelp on Island News! This week it's World Yoga Day, and we're showing you 5-star spots to find your zen and downward dog. From outdoor to hot yoga, we've got the best ways to namaste!
In Kailua, Yelper Allison T says the hot yoga at Bella Kai is amazing! Take your first class here during the earliest session and you'll get to see the beautiful sunrise towards the mountains. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and she loves the convenience of the online scheduling.
If you have any reservations about trying yoga for the first time, Yelper Natalie F suggests a visit to Yoga Loft Hawaii in Waipio. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The prices for the class packs are reasonable. They offer a ton of different and interesting workshops.
Yelper Brit H says you'll flip for aerial yoga at The Hang Out in Kaka'ako. You'll hang from, spandex silks which will help strengthen your core and increase your flexibility. Not only is owner and instructor Jordan really helpful and patient, but also the art of it is oh so relaxing.
At Power Yoga Hawaii by Ala Moana, Yelper Celise N wanted to write this review, but her muscles and brain are too relaxed and sore. Is that even possible? She just got home from attending her second Power70 class by Naomi and she's very satisfied and beat.
At Sun Yoga Hawaii in Hawaii Kai, Yelper Christy F says, this place has changed my life. Initially new to the hot yoga craze, she's been doing yoga there for a month, and has seen tremendous changes in her body, and mindset. An hour class here is like a slice of heaven.
