Jimmy Garoppolo, who was traded from the New England Patriots to the San Francisco 49ers, is set to make more from Super Bowl LII after taxes than starting Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, according to Sports Illustrated.

Garoppolo was on the Patriots roster for eight games, which is the minimum for him to be eligible for postseason pay.

Garoppolo will also not be traveling to Minnesota, so he will not be subject to the state's income tax rate of 9.85%, according to SI.
