Power has been restored in at least two major outages on Oahu Tuesday, according to Hawaiian Electric.
More than 800 customers lost power in Waimanalo due to a vehicle crash that left a utility pole leaning along Kalanianaole Highway. HECO says power in Waimanalo was restored by noon.
About 2,170 customers were without power in the Makiki area at around 11 a.m. Power was restored by noon.
About 450 customers were without power in the Kailua area at around 11 a.m. Power was restored by 2 p.m.
A flash flood warning is posted for Oahu at least until 5:15 p.m.
