HONOLULU - If you need a quick appetizer while everyone is waiting for their turkey dinner (or anytime of year), here's a recipe you can make in less than 10 minutes, with ingredients you'll already have in your pantry! 

INGREDIENTS: Veggies (potatoes, yams, squash, carrots work well), your favorite seasoning, parchment paper, cooking spray

STEP 1: Slice veggies into paper-thin slices

STEP 2: Spray two sheets of parchment paper with cooking spray

STEP 3: Place veggies on paper evenly

STEP 4: Season to your liking

STEP 5: Place second piece of parchment paper on top

STEP 6: Microwave in 3-minute intervals, until veggies are golden brown and have a chip-like texture

STEP 7: Let cool, and enjoy!
