Lindsey's Life Hacks: Leftover Halloween Candy Bark (any chocolate you have will work for this!)

Posted: Updated:

Lindsey Fukano shows us how to make Leftover Halloween Candy Bark, in the first installment of Lindsey's Life Hacks (where she'll show you how to make something in less than 10 minutes, for less than 10 dollars)! You can use any chocolate you have laying around in your pantry. The recipe should cost little to no money and you can put your own spin on it!

Ingredients: assorted chocolate candy (Ex: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Kit-Kats, Hershey's Chocolate-- fun size works best), parchment paper, semi-sweet chocolate morsels, trail mix (optional), white chocolate (optional)

Step 1: Line baking sheets with parchment paper

Step 2: Chop up assorted chocolate candy into pieces less than an inch wide

Step 3: Microwave chocolate morsels in 30-second intervals, until melted completely

Step 4: Spread melted chocolate onto parchment paper, make about 1/4 inch thick

Step 5: Add chopped assorted chocolate, and trail mix, pat everything down so all sticks together

Step 6: Melt white chocolate topping in same manner as morsels, sprinkle on top

Step 7: Let bark chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving
