Island Seaplane Service fears it could be driven out of business after the state hiked its annual lease rent from $28,000 to $90,000 last month.
The mom-and-pop company has operated off of Lagoon Drive for two decades. It thinks the 221 percentage increase in its month-to-monthpermit is unreasonable.
