The State of Hawaii is challenging the third and latest version of President Trump's travel ban Thursday.

Attorney General Doug Chin says the latest ban still discriminates based on nationality, exceeds the President's legal authority and seeks to implement a ban on Muslims.

The latest ban introduced by the President last month adds North Korea and Venezuela to the list of countries with travel restrictions.

Hawaii notified the U.S. Supreme court that it intends to amend its previously filed complaint on the travel ban to include the third version.
