WAILUKU, Hawaii -      Jurors will deliberate soon in the trial for a Maui man accused of murdering his pregnant ex-girlfriend.
     At the Wailuku Courthouse, Monday presiding Judge Joseph Cardoza instructed the jury on specific ground rules in the Steven Capobianco trial. 
     If Capobianco's convicted he could serve life in prison for Charli Scott's death.  
     He's pleaded not guilty to the second degree murder charge.
     And opted not to take the stand in the trial. 
     Prosecutors called 71 witnesses to the stand. 
     Closing arguments are set for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, jury deliberations could begin as early as Thursday Dec 1.
