KITV 4 News anchor Paula Akana brought the Hawaiian Word of the Day, brought to you by Kamehameha Schools on KITV4 News for several years. Words are presented by students from Kamehameha Schools and various Hawaiian charter schools to help viewers develop a better understanding of Hawaiian language and culture.
