Sweepstakes dates are:
Wednesday, May 2, 2007 – Thursday, May 23, 2007 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter:
1).Web Entries: Viewers can enter this contest via the web at TheHawaiiChannel.com. The contest is sponsored, KITV-TV, (the "Sponsors") the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of the contest rules.

How to Win the “Get LOST Trivia Contest” - Merchandise:

Sweepstakes dates are: Wednesday February 7th, 2007 – Thursday, February 29, 2007 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All Potential must meet the Eligibility and Prize Redemption/Claim/Releases requirements outlined herein.

1. No purchase necessary to enter or to win.

2. The contest is open to legal U.S. residents, residing within the United States.

3. Must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older to enter

4. Void where prohibited

5. Rules subject to change

6. Limit one entry per person

7. Contest begins February 7th, 2007 and ends 2/29/2007

8. Entries must be received by 2/28/2007

9. To enter online, participate by visiting: theHawaiiChannel.com and answer correctly the trivia question which will air in a :30 commercial spot on KITV4 at approximately 10:20pm four times on Wednesdays in February. These dates are: 2/7, 2/14, 2/217, 2/28/2007 from the entries of correct answers, one winner will be picked at random each week at 6:20am on Island television News – This Morning. Winners will be picked on: Thursdays 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 2/29/2007

10. Prize Values and odds of winning: The prize value is $50 in official LOST merchandise.

11. Approximate Prize value $50.00 per package.

12. Winners will be drawn Thursday mornings at 6:20am on Island Television News – This Morning. Drawing Date are: 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 2/29/2007

13. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

14. One winner per week will be selected in a random drawing by employees of Hearst/Argyle Television, Inc. from all eligible, correct entries.

15. Winner will be notified by e-mail or by phone the day of the drawing. Winner must respond within 10 days of notification. Any prize notification returned to the Sponsors as undeliverable will result in awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. Three alternate winners will be selected from a random drawing of all eligible, correct entries.

16. The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunction. The Sponsors are not responsible for failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmission, or network or phone line connections or for lost mail.

17. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

18. Transfer of prizes is strictly prohibited.

19. Any federal, state or local tax or other fees, or charges, associated with the receipt or use of any prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. .

20. The Sponsors assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injuries resulting from use of or acceptance of any prize. By entering the contest, winners agree to release all participating Sponsors from any and all liability for injuries sustained through the use of the prize.

21. All federal, state and local laws apply. Receipt of all prizes shall be conditioned upon compliance with any applicable federal, state and local laws.

22. The Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to interpret compliance with the letter and intent of these rules, and to disqualify any entrant deemed to have violated these rules or to have filled out any application incorrectly at any time prior to the distribution of prizes.

The winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release the Sponsors, Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., parent and subsidiary and other affiliated companies, prize sponsors, advertising, promotional, and judging agencies, their immediate families, successors and assigns from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity.

By playing the sweepstakes, or by winning, participants the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of the contest rules and have granted the Sponsors including, Internet Broadcasting Systems, KITV 4,(the "Sponsors"), Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., and affiliates, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, the right to publicize their name, photograph, image or likeness, voice and biographic details, except as prohibited by law, and have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules and have agreed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility:

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and must reside within the United States. Immediate family members and employees of Internet Broadcasting Systems, KITV 4, Heart-Argyle Television, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, prize suppliers for the contest and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the households of the above and advertising agencies, are not eligible.

Liability:

The Sponsors and the Sponsors’, advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their immediate assigns are not responsible for:

1) problems associated with television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, web connections that are beyond the control of the Sponsors.

2) Typographical errors in any on-air presentation, web site and/or printed materials relating to the sweepstakes, or an incorrect name associated with the address at a select household.

3) cancellations, postponements, or delays due to force majeur.

4) breaking news, an act of war, weather delays, a natural disaster, or an act of God, that make it inadvisable, illegal, impossible or impractical for Sponsors, Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. parent and subsidiary companies and affiliates, advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their immediate assigns to perform in whole or in part under these sweepstakes rules.
