The Tennessee Titans signed center Steve Vallos and linebacker Kendrick Adams, the team announced Wednesday.
The Titans also waived linebacker David Gilbert and offensive lineman Viondy Merisma to make room for the additions.
Vallos (6-foot-3, 310 pounds) is a veteran of six NFL seasons and has 59 games of NFL experience. Last season, he played in 15 games for the Denver Broncos. He also saw time with Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Cleveland and Seattle.
Vallos entered the NFL as a seventh-round selection by the Seahawks in 2007, where he remained through the 2009 season. The Wake Forest product has logged nine starts during his pro career.
Adams (6-5, 250 pounds) entered the NFL as a undrafted free agent who originally signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Over the past two seasons he spent time on the practice squads of Tampa Bay, Detroit, Cincinnati and New York Giants. He spent the offseason and training camp with the Cleveland Browns last season. Adams played at LSU, where he was a two-year starter.
