Mike Napoli homered while Christian Vazquez and David Ortiz each drove in a run to pace the Boston offense.The Red Sox jumped on top in the second as Yoenis Cespedes singled in his first at-bat since arriving in a trade from Oakland and immediately scored when Napoli sent a towering blast out of the stadium beyond the left-field seats. Vazquez singled in Daniel Nava later in the frame to make it a 3-0 gap.New York came right back in the next half-inning as Webster lost the strike zone, walking the first three batters of the third to load the bases.
