Te'o second in USA TODAY Heisman survey
Former Punahou standout to play in BCS title game

Senior Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te'o is second in voting for the Heisman Trophy, according to a USA TODAY Sports Media Group survey of its 37 Heisman electors.
Te'o leads the number one college football team in the country, according to the Associated Press Top 25 Poll and the BCS Standings, with a 12-0 record on the season.
Notre Dame is guaranteed a spot in the BCS title game.
Te'o has 103 tackles on the season with seven interceptions.
Te'o trails in the Heisman race, according to the USA TODAY survey, to Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel.
