The University of Hawaii mascot said a video game company is taking advantage of him.

Viliami Fehoko, better known on the football field as "Vili the Warrior," is one of the featured mascots in the EA-Sports video game NCAA Football '06.

Fehoko said he never gave permission for the use of the character he invented and has not been paid for it by the gaming company.

Fehoko filed a lawsuit in federal court saying he is entitled to at least $75,000 in damages for unauthorized use of his name and image.
