She earned the three-shot victory over Kristy McPherson, Suzann Pettersen, Jiyai Shin and Jee Young Lee.

Wie's last win came at the Lorena Ochoa Invitational in Mexico last fall. With this win, it means that both of her tour wins come outside of the U.S.

"It feels awesome. It feels absolutely fantastic. You know, I just -- it's been a long time since November, and it feels great. You know, I just feel like I haven't been playing as well as I wanted to the last couple of months, and just really makes me more motivated for the rest of the season," Wie said.

Wie had the lead or a share of it since the first round on Thursday. She recorded rounds of 65, 69, 72 and 70.

"You know, it was a little tough this week. You know, there wasn't really a shot that didn't hurt this week, but you know, I fought through it. And you know, just keeping me healthy," Wie said.

Wie's previous best finish this year was a No. 3 at the Tres Marias Championship.
