HONOLULU -- The University of Hawaii Wahine basketball team lost in the first round of the Western Athletic Conference tournament Wednesday, ending their losing season.No. 1 seed Fresno State beat UH 83-55 in Reno, Nev. It is the third year in a row that Fresno State defeated Hawaii in the post season.Senior Dita Liepkalne led the team with 12 points, four rebounds and six assists.Coach Dana Takara-Dias ended her first season as head coach of the Wahine with a 10-20 record.
