Early Voting Sites Open Across State
Voters Have Chance To Avoid Election Day Rush

HONOLULU -- Early voting for the primary election began Monday at 15 sites around the islands.Registered voters can walk into the locations from Oct. 21 to Nov. 1.Voters must bring photo identification to the sites.Early-Voting Sites:

Historic County Annex, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Maui:
Office of the County Clerk, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Lahaina Civic Center, Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m.; Saturday 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.; Sept. 18, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Molokai:
Mitchell Pauole Center, Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; Sept. 13, 8 a.m.-noon; Sept. 13, 8 a.m.-noon; Sept. 18 , 8 a.m.-3 p.m.; all closed 12 p.m.-1 p.m. Big Island:

Many others are opting to mail in their ballots absentee.
