Oilers Acquire Conditional Pick For Sestito

(Sports Network) - The Edmonton Oilers on Thursday traded forward Tim Sestito to the New Jersey Devils in exchange for a conditional draft pick.

The 24-year-old Sestito played in one game for Edmonton in 2008-09 and spent most of the last two seasons with the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League. In 51 games for Springfield this past season, Sestito posted five goals in 51 games.

Sestito, a native of Rome, New York, was originally signed by Edmonton as a free agent in August, 2006.

Francis Bouillon and Joel Ward also tallied for the Predators, who have won four of their last five. Dustin Brown provided the lone score for the Kings, who had won two in a row coming in. Jon Quick surrendered all three goals on 25 shots in defeat.
