Robert Kekaula

Robert Kekaula graduated from the Kamehameha Schools in 1983. He then attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

He started his broadcasting career as a radio host on KHVH AM in 1986. His first job on television started at the local CBS affiliate, KGMB, in 1987.

Robert joined the KITV staff in 1989 as the weekend sports anchor. He left to work as the sports anchor at KHNL in 1994 but returned to KITV 4 in 1997.

Robert has done color on University of Hawaii football games on radio and television from 1992 to the present.

He has shared his singing talents with island fans. Robert created three albums: Kanak Attack, Daddy's Little Girl, and 'Bout Every Day People.

He owns his own music production company, A Guava Ding Thing. Robert dedicates his time to his two children, daughter Tiera and son Shayde.
