One of the suspects accused of beating and robbing a woman in her Waianae home made his first appearance in Circuit Court Monday morning.

Nico McClean, 18, has been charged with first-degree burglary and robbery in connection with the attack on Teresita Pascua, 69, two weeks ago at her home on Hookela Street.

McClean is one of four young men who allegedly knocked the woman unconscious and burglarized her home, Honolulu police said.

According to court documents, Pascua said the last thing she remembers was talking to McClean in her carport, who was asking for a man named "Ryan" -- someone Pascua said she did not know.

She woke up beaten and bloody inside her home, police said.

No other arrests have yet been made.

Bail for McClean was set at $25,000. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
