UH's Flemings Named Top WAC Player

Hawaii Scores Two Wins In Rainbow Classic

The Western Athletic Conference named University of Hawaii forward Roderick Flemings the player of the week on Monday.

It is the second time in Flemings' career that he has been named the WAC player of the week.

The senior from Dallas scored two double-doubles in the past two games in wins against Southern Utah and McNeese State. Flemings scored 23 points and 12 rebounds against Southern Utah and 14 points and 10 rebounds against McNeese State.

The Rainbow Warriors play against Northern Colorado Monday at 11 p.m. in a game that will be televised live on ESPN. The game is part of the new Outrigger Hotels Rainbow Classic.
