HONOLULU -- Hawaii real estate company Clark Realty is buying the assets of Parker Ranch Realty.

The purchase will be completed Dec. 1, company officials said.

Last week Parker Ranch announced it was getting out of its non-core businesses, like real estate, to concentrate on being a ranch. It will focus on taking care of its live stock and managing its 130,000 acres of land.

Clark is one of the largest independently owned real estate brokerages in Hawaii.

Parker Ranch is the fifth largest ranch in the United States.
