Maui police opened one of the packages after obtaining a search warrant. The investigation netted about 1 pound of powered cocaine and drug paraphernalia, officials said.The estimated value of the drugs was $540,000, police said.Despite the find, police released the man pending further investigation.The prosecutor's office will review the case, police said.
