UH Soccer Player Earns WAC Honors

Bourne Named Top Offensive Player

The Western Athletic Conference named University of Hawaii women's soccer player Britta Bourne the top offensive player of the week.

Bourne scored three goals in the Wahine's win over Idaho. She ends the season with a team-high 10 goals and 23 points.

It is Bourne's second WAC player of the week honor this season.

UH finished seventh in the WAC standings, one place out of qualifying for the WAC Tournament.

Nevada's Marie Cove won the defensive player of the week.
