HPD Looking For Woman In Gas Station Theft Case

The Honolulu Police Department on Wednesday asked for the public's help in finding the woman officials said stole a wallet at a Pearl City gasoline station.

The theft occurred about 2:15 p.m. on April 7 at the Tesoro gasoline station at 98-1277 Kaahumanu St.

A customer left his wallet on the cashier counter at the station, police said.

The woman entered the store and removed the wallet, police said. The theft was captured on surveillance video and also shows the woman returning to a 1999 white Ford Explorer, where she put the wallet under the front seat.

The woman is described as:
  • Age : 20 to 30 years old
  • Height: 5 feet 4 inches tall
  • Weight: 180 pounds
  • Hair: brown
  • Clothing: pink dress, slippers, glasses
  • Anyone with information about the woman should call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300.
