INTO ACTION AGAINST A SWARM OF BEES. THAT BOY.... SAVED HIS FATHER FROM WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A DEADLY ATTACK. WL-WT NEWS FIVE'S ALISON MONTOYA... TALKED WITH THE WEST CHESTER FAMILY TONIGHT. ALISON. EIGHT YEAR OLD NATHAN MEYERS... IS ONE BRAVE LITTLE BOY. AND HE SAYS HE WOULD DO THIS AGAIN... TO SAVE HIS MOM OR DAD FROM ANY HARM. WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A PEACEFUL, YET PRODUCTIVE TUESDAY AFTERNOON IN THE BACKYARD FOR TONY MEYERS AND HIS SON NATHAN OF WEST CHESTER ... (Troy Meyers, West Chester) (I came home early from work and wanted to get some yard work done and we were clearing out some of the brush in the woods behind us.) QUICKLY TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORSE. (Troy Meyers, West Chester) (I knew I hit something and I wasn't for sure what it was.) THAT SOMETHING HE HIT... WAS A NEST FOR YELLOW JACKETS AND NATHAN QUICKLY MADE A BEE LINE TO HELP OUT HIS FATHER. (Nathan Meyers, West Chester) (I tried my best I was doing my gloves because I thought I would get more off, apparently not so I just through my gloves wherever and just started hitting them off with my hands.) AND THE FREEDOM ELEMENTARY THIRD GRADER SAYS WASN'T SCARED AT ALL. (Nathan Meyers, West Chester) (I've been stung before so I know what it feels like so if I get stung I'll still try to help my dad.) TROY WAS STUNG 42 TIMES BY THE YELLOW JACKETS, BUT SAID IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT WORSE IF HIS SON WASN'T WITH HIM. (Nathan Meyers, West Chester) (If it's my family I will do it, I bet my sister would do the same.) MAKING THIS ENDING MUCH SWEETER. (Troy Meyers, West Chester) (He's brave, well beyond his years.) NATHAN ALSO SAVED HIS MOM TOO! SHE WAS ABOUT TO HEAD OUT AND HELP HER HUSBAND, BUT SHE'S ALLERGIC TO BEE STINGS ... AND NATHAN YELLED AT HER TO GET BACK INSIDE THE HOUSE... AND THAT HE HAD IT ALL UNDER CONTROL. SHEREE.
