Among the events closed the 50th State Fair, which just opened on Friday.
Organizers will determine when the weather is stable enough to reopen the fair.
Also cancelled is Mililani High School's graduation originally scheduled for 5 p.m. Sunday.
The ceremony has been pushed back to Monday. Same time, same place.
The delays are a result of the inclement weather that has caused heavy rain and some flooding conditions.
Oahu was listed under a flash flood warning Sunday . The warning was scheduled to last until 5:15pm as of Sunday afternoon.
A surface trough will produce light winds and humid conditions across the Oahu while a low aloft will bring heavy showers and thunderstorms from Kauai county to Maui county Sunday night.
Some of these thunderstorms may produce frequent lightning. The threat of thunderstorms and heavy showers will subside on Memorial Day as trade winds build over the islands.
The trades will focus showers over windward areas through the new work week.
