Congratulations to a 28-year-old Waialua man who landed a spot on the United States parachute team.
Gage Galle is just one of eight members who will compete against the best canopy pilots in the world.

Galle will be judged in three categories: speed, distance and accuracy.
The skydivers competing can glide just inches above the ground for hundreds of yards at nearly 90 miles per hour.
Galle works and trains at Skydive Hawaii and has completed over 7,000 dives.
The world championships is in November.
