It's time for KITV4's Pets on Set. We have a 3-month old puppy here with us this morning-- She doesn't have a name yet-- but she's very sweet! AD LIB ALSO-- we have some tips for people who may have lost their pet over New Year's. One of 47 animals were turned into the Hawaiian humane society between 11p-m New Year's Eve night-- and 11am yesterday morning... But the Humane Society tells us that's DOWN from last year's total of 88 pets... Which is a sign the fireworks ban is working. IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR PET-- The Hawaiian Humane Society says to file a Lost Report with them. Call 356-2228 to file a lost report or go to their website, HawaiianHumane.org. Also come visit the Humane Society to see if your pet was turned in. Other things you can do to help bring your pet home quicker is post on Facebook, Craigslist and spread the word to your friends and family to help you on your search.
