Storm debris is being removed from the state marine life conservation district at Wai- opae tidepools in Kapoho on the Big Island. Public access to the area will be allowed BY FOOT ONLY -- through the Vacationland subdivision. The community association opened access today.. And will remain open until further notice. Non-residents vehicles must park on Kapoho-kai Road.
