still have no body.. But we DO have an arrest! Good evening, I'm, Paula Akana. And I'm Kenny Choi, in for Yunji de Nies. Charli Scott's ex-boyfriend Steven Capobianco has been indicted... Now accused of her murder, and in torching her SUV to cover it up. KITV4's Andrew Pereira has more in our top story at 6... Andrew? Kenny, from person of interest to murder suspect... the case against Steven Capobianco led to his arrest this morning on Maui. We don't yet know WHAT evidence a grand jury weighed in the disappearance of Charli Scott... But it was enough to convince them her ex-boyfriend Steven Capobianco should stand trial for murdering her and torching her Toyota 4Runner to hide evidence. JOHN D. KIM: "TWO COUNTS, ONE COUNT OF MURDER IN THE SECOND DEGREE; ONE COUNT OF ARSON IN THE THIRD DEGREE." 24-year-old Capobianco was arrested at the Maui Community Correctional Center where he's awaiting trial on a separate case. Scott was five months pregnant with Capobianco's child when she disappeared. Capobianco has said he called Scott to pick him up on the Hana Highway after he broke down at mile marker 20. Scott's dog was found in Nahiku two days before a search team discovered Scott's burned out SUV near the surf break Jaws. News of Capobianco's indictment has spread quickly on the Valley Isle, where the daughter of another missing woman is encouraged by the arrest. ALEXIS FELICILDA: "WHEN I SAW THE NEWS I THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT, YOU KNOW, AND HOPEFULLY THEY CAN GET MORE OUT OF HIM I GUESS IN A SENSE AND MAYBE HE'LL COME CLEAN IN STATING YOU KNOW WHERE SHE IS SO THE FAMILY CAN ALSO GET CLOSURE AND FIND HER." Felicilda is the daughter of Moreira "Mo" Monsalve, who went missing on Maui Jan. 12. There was speculation the cases of the two missing women could be related, but with Capobianco's indictment, those concerns have dissipated. ALEXIS FELICILDA: "HOPEFULLY THIS DOES CALM SOME PEOPLE'S MINDS IN A SENSE, BUT THEY ALSO HAVE TO STILL REMEMBER THAT MY ...YOU KNOW THAT THEY AREN'T FOUND 325 YET AND ALSO WHOEVER DID SOMETHING TO MY MOM HAS NOT BEEN FOUND EITHER." Capobianco has maintained he had nothing to do with Scott's disappearance, but will soon be in court to answer the charge of murder. ALEXIS FELICILDA: "I'M SO STOKED FOR THEM THAT THE CASE IS MOVING FORWARD AND JUST HOPEFULLY THEY GET A LITTLE MORE CLOSURE SOON ONCE THE CASE STARTS." Capobianco is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow morning, where he's expected to enter a plea. His bail has been set at $2 million dollars. A jury trial could happen in one or two months. The maximum sentence for second-degree murder is life in prison WITH the possibility of parole. Kenny?
