Secretary of State John Kerry---on his way home from a trip to Asia--- addressed a crowd at the East West Center this afternoon. He spoke of the importance of the Asia Pacific Region.... And the key policy points that need to be made to ensure the safety and well being of not only the US but our Asia Pacific Neighbors.
