A marijuana minister who was sentenced to five years in prison Monday has a book in the works.
According to the Hawaii Tribune Herald, Roger Christie's wife Share says that he has been writing while incarcerated for almost four years in a federal detention center. She says the book will be about the history of cannabis and also a memoir.
Share was also sentenced Monday for her role in a 2010 raid on their Hawaii Cannabis Ministry.
Roger Christie's attorney says his client will likely be out of federal lockup in a matter of weeks because of time served.
