The Judiciary Committee in the state House has delayed voting on a bill that treats marijuana like alcohol.
Judiciary Chairman Karl Rhoads says he expects to vote on the bill next Tuesday.
Rhoads is working on a revised version of the bill that addresses exactly where marijuana could be smoked, and how legalizing the drug for those 21 years old and over would fit into current laws that address driving under the influence.
A similar bill was introduced in the state Senate.
