URGENT - obama leaks
(CNN) -- President Barack Obama said Thursday that he doesn't apologize for cracking down on leaks of classified information that can jeopardize U.S. troops and intelligence officers, but he called for consideration of a new "shield law" for the press. Obama added that he was unable to comment specifically on the Department of Justice's secret subpoena of phone records of The Associated Press because of an ongoing investigation. But he expressed full confidence in Attorney General Eric Holder.
