Tsutsui sworn in as lieutenant governor
Has plan to give neighbor island residents a greater voice in government

Shan Tsutsui was sworn in Thursday as Hawaii's newest lieutenant governor.
Hawaii's newest lieutenant governor was officially sworn in Thursday.
Tsutsui was the State Senate President and next in line for the lieutenant governor position after Brian Schatz was appointed to the U.S. Senate.
The Maui native will have offices both on the Valley Isle and Oahu.
Tsutsui says he plans to continue work on an initiative to give neighbor island residents a greater voice in government.
