Macy's Downtown Honolulu will be closing in early spring.

The company says its 91 sales associates may be offered jobs at other Macy's stores.

The building on Fort Street Mall is prime real estate with 80,000 square feet.

Many will recall that it was Liberty House before it was Macy's.

According to our partners at Pacific Business News, clearance sales will begin on Monday.

No word yet on what will take its place.
