Opening statements are scheduled on Tuesday for a man accused of setting a fire that killed a man in Liliha three years ago.
James Kimo Moses is accused of setting a house on fire back in February 2011 after he was evicted from the home.
He faces multiple charges, including murder, attempted murder, and arson.
In 2012, he entered a plea of not guilty and demanded a jury trial.
Bail is set at $500,000.
