The trial for a man accused of carrying out a deadly stabbing in Honolulu is now underway.
26-year-old Herwin Magbulos is accused of killing 59-year-old Darryl Wong in May 2014. He allegedly stabbed Wong in a homeless encampment under the viaduct near Honolulu International Airport.
According to the suspects attorney, Magbulos killed his victim in self-defense. But, prosecutors say Magbulos told Wong's neighbor, just prior to the incident, that he had a problem with someone and was going to kill them.
