If you don't have health insurance, there's a program that will save you money on your medications.
A prescription discount card offered by the National Association of Counties will save you an estimated 24-to-75 percent on your prescriptions at particiating CVS pharmacies.
Members of the Hawaii Association of Counties say the card is for any Hawaii resident that doesn't have health insurance. They say they have seen too many Hawaii residents do without.
"We see that all the time in our counties that they have to make a choice between food or medication," said Mel Rapozo of the Hawaii State Association of Counties. "This is just one way the counties can help our residents to make sure they get their medications at a discounted rate."
You can get the card at any city council office or click here to print it from your computer.
