HONOLULU -

Honolulu city traffic cameras caught water shooting out of the sidewalk on Ala Wai Boulevard near Liliuokalani Avenue just before 4:30 p.m. Friday.

At least lane was blocked by the flood waters.

It appears to be a broken hydrant.  The water has been turned off and fire crews were at the scene.

This comes a day after water gushed out of the street at the intersection of Kapiolani Boulevard and McCully Street where there was a 16-inch water main break.
