TSA: Pocketknife concealed in passenger's bra at HNL
TSA remind travelers about bringing prohibited items on plane
A 3-inch-long pocketknife was found in a traveler's bra at the Honolulu International Airport this week after she went through the metal detector, according to the TSA Blog.
Transportation Security Administration officials say it's important to make sure you have no prohibited items prior to traveling.
If a prohibited item is discovered, you could be cited and possibly arrested by local law enforcement.
TSA officials say there were a number of prohibited items found in strange places this week, which includes the following: a box cutter blade was hidden in the shoes of a Salt Lake City passenger; a 17.5-inch-long sword was concealed in the cane of a Laredo passenger; a lipstick knife was found in a passenger's bag at San Antonio; and a credit card knife was found in a carry-on bag at Albuquerque.
