HONOLULU -

Gamers, anime lovers and hobby enthusiasts went to Toys N' Joys for its final night of business on Monday.

After 30 years, the owner of the Kaimuki and Aiea stores said it was time to retire and closed for good.

On its final night, everything on the shelves from video games to Airsoft guns were on sale.

Loyal customers say they will miss getting those one-of-a-kind items.

"They sell a lot of rare items too that you can't get anywhere else on the island," said Damien Rosen.

Loyal customer Phil Hightower said, "I have been shopping here since I was a little kid.  This store was half its size.  I see familiar faces all the time and it's sad to see them all go."

Customers say the will have to resort to shopping online and paying a high shipment fee for their hobbies.
