Man, 24, accused of dousing victim with flammable liquid

Morris charged with terroristic threatening; victim not injured

Honolulu police charged a 24-year-old Jamal Morris with terroristic threatening after he was accused of dousing another man with a flammable liquid and threatened to kill him Saturday night, according to investigators.

The 37-year-old victim was not injured.

Police say incident happened after 10:30 p.m. in Moiliili.

It's not clear if the suspect and victim know each other, but police say there was no apparent reason for the threat.
